Booking Rules

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed. Unpaid or partially paid bookings are not guaranteed.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing correct personal and contact information during booking. Incorrect information may result in cancellation without compensation.

3. Check-in / Check-out & Access

  • You must arrive and leave at the times specified in your booking.
  • Early arrival or overstaying may result in additional charges.
  • You are responsible for securing the premises during use.

4. Use of the Space

  • The space must be used responsibly and kept clean.
  • Damage to property, equipment or furniture may result in charges.
  • Illegal activities, noise disturbances or unsafe behaviour are strictly prohibited.

5. Changes & Cancellations

6. No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your booking, the booking is automatically forfeited without refund.
